Warren Feldman - President and CEO
As co-founder of Covista Communications, Warren Feldman is a telecommunications veteran who joined Covista in May 2010 with the express mission to position Covista as one of the smartest and most innovative telecom companies in the world. His focus is on building Covista's revenue, profitability and value through the delivery of the highest quality products and services to the Company's broad customer base as well as to assembling an outstanding management team dedicated to excellence and to fast-paced and smart decision-making. Mr. Feldman's focus never wavers from the customer experience, which must be easy, effortless and stress-free.

Mr. Feldman appreciates his partnership with stockholders Henry Luken and Thorpe McKenzie, both of Chattanooga as well as his partnership with other stockholders.

In addition to his time at Covista, Mr. Feldman has practiced law and enjoyed a diverse entrepreneurial career. He holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and George Washington University Law School.

Bill Hamel - Executive Vice President
Bill Hamel is a technically accomplished executive and senior-level engineer with over 27 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has extensive experience in the design and engineering of high availability fault tolerant voice and data networks, network security and forensics. Mr. Hamel's skill sets include a deep technical understanding of the Internet including core infrastructures and related technologies. He has a passion for technology and a proven track record regarding the inception, design and development of diverse telecommunications platforms. Mr. Hamel joined Covista Communications in January of 2010.

Ron Kuzon - General Counsel
Ron Kuzon serves as Covista's Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Kuzon is a graduate of Lehigh University. He received his J.D. from Boston College Law School, after which he concentrated in corporate and securities law. In 1977, Mr. Kuzon took over the operation of a family-owned consumer packaging business with over 150 employees. In 1994, Mr. Kuzon sold the business and moved to Westchester County, New York with his family and formed Sterling Capital, a private equity firm that invested in the telecommunications industry. Sterling Capital was the lead investor in Metromedia Fiber Network, Northeast Optic Networks and FiberNet Telecom Group.

Sandra Forquer - Vice President of Finance
Sandra Forquer has over 25 years experience in the finance area. Ms. Forquer oversees operational accounting and financial reporting for Covista. She has enjoyed her seven years with Covista fulfilling an essential leadership role in cost control, financial reporting, general corporate management and regulatory compliance. These responsibilities follow her earlier experience in banking and finance. She began her career with American Savings Bank, which was ultimately acquired by Washington Mutual. While at Washington Mutual, she was involved in the consolidation of Washington Mutual and Great Western Savings. The consolidation of the two organizations involved over 500 branches in California, 200-plus branches in Texas and many others across the country. In additional to working at Covista, Ms. Forquer is a retired veteran from the U.S. Navy Reserve after 23 years of service.

Henry Luken - Director
Mr. Luken is a long distance service pioneer and former Chairman of Covista Communications. As a founder of Telco Communications and the Long Distance Wholesale Club, Mr. Luken built one of the most successful telecommunication companies in the country, with revenue over half a billion dollars. Mr. Luken also owns an interest in several TV and Radio Stations and serves as chairman of the board of Luken Communications, a parent company to the television networks.

Michelle Graham - Director
A successful entrepreneur with several patents to her credit, Ms. Graham has extensive telecommunications industry experience, having served in a variety of management positions. Ms. Graham joined the Board of Directors of Covista, Inc. in May 2007 and is currently employed by Luken Communications, a parent company to several television networks.
